Strobe Training Drills

SEE FASTER. IMPROVE FOCUS. REACT SOONER.

GREAT athletes do 3 things better.

The game ‘slows down‘ when the brain works faster.

GREAT FOCUS means capturing ONLY the most relevant stimuli.

Better decisions are made and performance anxiety is reduced.

The DRILLS below are just some samples. 

Always start on the lowest level of occlusion. 

Increase the level of occlusion to increase difficulty.

Make sure to train your non-dominant eye in single eye mode.

The shortcomings of the non-dominant eye are directly related to performance inconsistency.

Use your imagination with different drills.  Challenge the brain and it will adapt to find success. 

Train 10-30 minutes 3 or more times a week for best results.
